Vedwix ("Vedwix," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent design and engineering studio based in Delhi, India. By using vedwix.com or engaging us for any services, you ("you" or "the client") agree to these terms.
We provide design, engineering, brand, product, AI, and growth services as described on the site and as further detailed in a written Statement of Work ("SOW") signed by both parties. Anything not in the SOW is out of scope.
Fees are fixed and stated in each SOW. Sprints are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Builds are billed on milestones (typically 25% on signature, then on phase sign-offs and launch). Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Overdue invoices may pause work until paid.
Small in-phase revisions are absorbed at no extra cost. Material changes — new product surfaces, additional platforms, re-positioning — are re-quoted in writing as a new phase before any work starts. We will always tell you in advance.
On full payment, you own all final deliverables produced for your project (designs, code, copy, assets). We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, internal frameworks, and methods, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the deliverables. We may use the non-confidential, non-stealth work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise.
We treat all information you share as confidential. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA on request. About 15% of our work is invisible at the client's request — that option is always available to you.
We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date plus any non-refundable third-party costs already committed on your behalf. Pre-paid milestones not yet started are refundable.
Build engagements include 30 days of post-launch cover at no extra charge. After that, you can re-engage us for a separate maintenance phase, or take delivery and own it yourself — your call.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page and dated. Existing engagements are governed by the version of the terms in force at the time of signature.
