Vedwix was founded in 2026 by a small group who'd worked at agencies and decided agencies, structurally, were the problem. We're still small on purpose, still privately owned, and still doing the work ourselves.

The studio · in their words

We exist because
most software
feels unloved.

Our argument is simple: a small, focused team can out-ship a 200-person agency, because the right people have full context. We started in 2026 and we intend to prove it.

We believe brand and product belong in the same room. We believe AI is engineering, not marketing. We believe internal tools deserve the same craft as the homepage. We believe shipping is a discipline. And we believe a studio is only as healthy as the people inside it — which is why we stay small on purpose, take a four-week summer break, and never staff anyone across more than one project.

We're not interested in scaling. We're interested in shipping the next thing better than the last.

What we believe · 03

We're not
neutral about how
good software gets made.

Specific over generic.

Generic work doesn't move metrics, doesn't build memory, doesn't earn referrals. We design for one company at a time, with their exact constraints in view.

Craft is economical.

Craft isn't a luxury — it's the cheapest way to build software that lasts. Cheap work needs to be redone in two years. Crafted work compounds.

Writing is thinking.

Every project starts with a written brief. Every architecture decision lives in a doc. If you can't write it down, you can't ship it. We write a lot.

Numbers, always.

Especially for AI. We measure quality, regress, publish. Vibes are not a delivery format.

Strong opinions.

We're hired for our judgment, not our compliance. Expect us to push back, recommend you not do things, and disagree out loud. Politely, in writing.

The team comes first.

A small, capped team. Four weeks off in summer. No on-call rotation that burns people out. We're in this for decades, not quarters.

A short, honest
history.

FoundedThe studio starts

A small group, one room in Delhi, one client. The first client was a friend's coffee subscription startup.

First few practitioners join — one from a product agency, one from a brand consultancy. Three clients in the pipeline.

DisciplineAI engineering added

We commit to AI as engineering, not a marketing checkbox. Eval harnesses and LLM integration ship as a formal practice.

Turned down a project that would have required several new hires. Not the kind of studio we want to run.
