For enterprise buyers, RFPs include procurement, legal, and security checklists in addition to the project brief. The volume is much larger (often 50+ pages) and the timeline is much longer (often 3-6 months from RFP to engagement). Top studios may decline to respond if the procurement burden is too high relative to engagement value. The trick is balancing thoroughness with practical engagement-friendliness.
