What is
Design Tokens?
Named, semantic values for design properties — colors, spacing, typography — shared across platforms.

Design tokens are the smallest atomic units of a design system: a color value, a font size, a border radius. They're defined once and referenced by name everywhere they're used. The result: a single change updates the entire system, and the same tokens can be exported to web, iOS, Android, and Figma.
Example
"--color-brand-primary: #7A8B5C" is a design token; "background: green" is not.
